Kennel have completed three weeks at the Cleveland Bible camp. They were counselors there the first two weeks and the third week Mrs. Kennel served as cook and Reverend Kennel as business manager. Mr. and Mrs. William G. Kraft and Mr. and Mrs.' Mabel Shobe and daughter, Marjorie, of Page, and Ralph Scofield went fishing near Meek Sunday. Mrs. Jerry Eller and son of McCook are visiting the E. W. Kramer home in O’Neill and the Bob Fox home in Atkinson. Mr. and Mrs. David Kearney of Chillicothe. 111., are visiting Rev. and Mrs. Olen J. Kennel and family. Steer calves up to 550-lbs., $20.00 to $22.00; 550 lbs. to 750 lbs., mostly $18.75 to $21.00 cwt. Heifers under 550 lbs., $14.50 to $17.00 with heavier kinds mostly $16.00 to $16.75, while the fleshy straight barrelled kinds bulked between $16.00 and $17.25 cwt. Slaughter classes continued to show pressure with most cows $0.50 to $0.75 cwt. below last week’s market. Best beef cows, $10.00 to $11.25. Good cutter cows $9.50 to $10.00.
