H. H. Todd. Mr, and Mrs. Frank Tegeler were the parents of Mrs. Terrill and Harry Tegeler, and Mrs. Har ry Tegeler is the former Elizabeth Stauffer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Stauffer. Mr. and Mrs. Curt Terrill are the parents of Otto Terrill. The Terrills entertained their son, Gene, and family of Laurens, la., and their mothers, Mesdames Celia Terrill and Alma Tegeler. at Sunday dinner in honor of the occasion. The Terrills’ son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Parsons, and their son, Jerry of Miltonvale, Kans., were unable to attend. For the Harry Tegelers, it was just another day. Their only child, a son, Ensign Harold Tege ler, and Mrs. Tegeler are at Key West, Fla., where he is stationed at this time. Sick & Injured PAGE — Herman Kornock of Orchard, father of Bernard Kor rock, was taken by ambulance to Sioux City last Thursday morning for a checkup of a cast he has been wearing since his hip frac ture last fall. . . Gene Mudloff, who has been suffering from a lung condition for the past three weeks, will be confined to his home at least another week. . . Bobby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Kopejtka, returned Wednesday from the Unversity hospital, Oma ha, where he had been a patient the last two weeks. . . Mrs. Eve lyn Gray had the misfortune to fall Wednesday and sprain her arm and also badly bruised her knees. . . Mrs. Norman Trow bridge was hospitalized several days the first of the week. . . Carl Max received a badly sprained ankle when he fell on some ice while unloading feed at the sta tion Saturday. . . Mr. and Mrs. Earl Parks returned home Mon day from Omaha where Mrs. Parks had been hospitalized for post-surgery treatments. . . Mrs. Herbert Steinberg contracted in fluenza over the weekend. . . Jo lene, 7-mor.ths-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Colfack, was taken to a doctor in Orchard Monday evening for treatment for an infection of both ears. Platt returned Tuesday, February 22, from St. Anthony’s hospital where he had been a patient for four weeks. . . Mrs. Nettie Earl was taken to St. An thony’s hospital in O’Neill Tues day, February 22, for medical care. . . Mrs. Lela Grubb has been staying in town caring for her mother, Mrs- J. O. Woods who has been ill for several weeks. On i nursaay, February 24, her daughter, Mrs. Tom Osborne of Wisner, came to help care for her. AMELIA—Donna Forbes, small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Forbes, was a patient in the At kinson hospital Friday. She had teeth pulled. . . Rev. Albert Lu ginsland went to Omaha last week to have a checkup on his injured ankle. The doctor reported it was progressing “very satisfactorily.” Harry White accompanied Rever end Luginsland as far as West Point where he spent the day vis iting Rev. and Mrs. Mike Philben. STAR—Kay Hibbs is back at O’Neill high school after being absent one week with mumps. . . Mrs. Roland Miller has been on the sick list. . . Mrs. Ben Miller was admitted to St. Anthony’s hospital, O’Neill, Wednesday, Feb ruary 23, for a blood transfusion and buildup for surgery. . . Roger Derickson came down with the mumps Saturday. DELOIT—Patty and Merle Sehi have been having mumps. . . Lar ry Shavlik fell and cut his head Friday. Five stitches were re quired to close the wound. . . Mrs. Kalhoff, sr., became ill Monday, February 21, and was taken to St. Anthony’s hospital, O’Neill. . . Walter Menenbroker is convalesc ing at his home following skin grafting in an Omaha hospital some time ago. LYNCH—Mrs. William Wilson of Gregory, S.D., is recuperating at the home of her mother, Mrs. Don Bare, after a severe heart at tack. . . Harold McRoberts, father of Mrs. Bub Carsten, is seriously ill at the Sacred Heart hospital. . . . Swan Anderson, former Lynch farmer, is in the Osmond hospital seriously ill with a heart ailment. O’NEILL—Mr. and Mrs. John Kaczor of Spencer visited Mrs. George Bay Sunday. She is a pa tient in St. Anthony’s hospital. . . . Roy Cole was called to Nebraska City last Thursday by the serious illness of his brother, Eugene. He returned home on Tuesday. RIVERSIDE—Mr. and Mrs. Don Larson and family visited her fa ther last Thursday. He was moved Wednesday, February 23, from the Methodist hospital in Omaha to the Ainsworth hospital.
