Nearly 1,000 Attend I OOF Grand Lodge The Independent Order Of Odd Fellows of Nebraska met in grand lodge session at Norfolk from Mon day through Thursday, October 18 21, with headquarters at Hotel Madison. Nearly one thousand delegates attended the convention which included the Rebekahs and other branches of the order. Those attending from O’Neill were A. E. Bowen, representative of the local lodge, Leon Sargent, Clay Johnson, jr., and Dewayne Landis. Next year grand lodge will meet at Lincoln with headquarters at the Cornhusker hotel. The new officers elected were: Grand master—Harold C. Morley of Alliance; deputy grand master— Paul W. James of York; grand warden—C. E. Vance of Odell; grand secretary—Orville A.
