OFFICIAL PUBLICATION Delinquent Tax List Notice is hereby given that on the first Monday in November, 1954, being November 1st, there will be a public auction of all lands and town lots in Holt County, Nebr., on which taxes are delinquent for the year 1953 or any prior years. That at said sale so much of the tracts of land or town lots will be sold as be necessary to pay all delinquent taves, interest and costs thereon at date of sale. That said sale shall continue from day to day until all property has been offer ed. Following is a list of all tracts of land and town lots on which tarpt are delinquent for one year or more. Phillip J. Morrison, son of Mrs. Berneise Morrison of O’ Neill, recently arrived in Korea for duty with the Seventh infan try division. Men of the “Bayonet” division are undergoing intensive training to maintain the peak combat ef ficiency displayed by the unit from Pusan to the Yalu river. Private Morrison, a radio re pairman in the unit, entered the army in February, 1954, and was last stationed at Ft. Sill, Okla. On Tuesday afternoon, October 12, Mrs. Coffman was surprised by a group of her friends and neighbors when they met in the Community church basement for a farewell party in her honor. She was presented a table lamp, also a luncheon cloth inscribed with the names of all the guests. Mr. and Mrs. Coffman, ranchers in this community for the past 25 years, have sold their land hold ings and ranch equipment here and will move to Eagle, Colo., where they have purchased a ranch. Their son, formerly 1/Lt. Rex Coffman, was released from the army September 24, and will en gage in ranching with his father in Colorado. Other Stuart News Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Engler re turned Tuesday, October 12, from Omaha where they had spent sev eral days after taking their grand daughters, Debbie and Christi, back to the home of their par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Engler. A/lc Jack Bartak, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Bartak of Deloit neighborhood, arrived home last week fo a 10-day stay at the home of his parents. He is stationed at El Paso, Tex.
