Mrs. Tiefenthaler Rites Today, Butte BUTTE—Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m., today (Thursday) from Sts. Peter and Paul’s Catholic church in Butte for Mrs. Elizabeth Tiefenthaler, 69, who died about 6 a.m., Tues day, October 12, at Butte. She died of leukemia, having been ill about two years. She was serious ly ill the past three months. Burial will be at Butte. Pall bearers will be Nick 'Hostert, Nick Weber, E. R. Johnson, Aug ust Sibbel, Ben Lunink and Frank Lechtenberg. The late Mrs. Tiefenthaler, whose maiden name was Eliza beth Stein, was born in Iowa February 8, 1885, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Stein. She married John Tiefenthaler at. Halbur, la. The couple resided for many years on a farm about four miles west of Butte, retir ing 10 years ago.
