time in all the year when Holt countyans and their neighbors may view in fine, impressive array the best that
our land has to offer. You’ll see exhibits that will renew your faith and pride in the Holt Empire and its
people.
BIG RODEO . . .
Wednesday and Thursday evenings, August 18th and 19th, you’ll witness a truly fine rodeo under the lights.
A hundred bucking broncos, untamed steers and calves ... a show produced by the master in the midwest
—Walt Plugge of Bartlett. Fifteen hundred dollars in purses to rodeo competitors. Rodeo starts at 8 P.M.
BAND MUSIC . . .
Music will be furnished during the fair by Holt county’s rvwn musical organizations—the Chambers Band
on Wednesday (August 18) and the Stuart Band on Thursday (August 19). Concerts at 1 P.M., each day
and 7 o’clock each evening.
