Before his re tirement in 4953, he had been manager of the Consumers Public Power district, in O’Neill. HORSE KILLED About 4 o’clock Saturday morn-1 ing a quarter horse belonging to Everet Miner of O’Neill was j struck and killed by a car driven by Verne Dodgen of Kansas City, Mo. The accident occurred about 3% miles east of O’Neill on highways 20 and 275. There was about $450 worth of damage done to the car, County Sheriff Leo Tom jack reported. They will join her husband, Private Marcellus, who is stationed there with headquarters company, 7th quartermaster group.
