from a severe case of poison ivy.

erwent surgery for ulcers Thurs
day, June 17, at the Clarkson
hospital in Omaha. . . Asa Wat
son took his father. Fred Watson,
to Savannah, Mo., last week to
consult a doctor. Mrs. Fred Wat
son accompanied them as far as
Lincoln, were she visited her
grandson, Keith Greenstreet, and
family. . . Miss Merchon Lier
man, who was a goiter surgery
patient in Omaha last week, re
turned home Thursday. She is
“feeling good.” -
INMAN—Mr. and Thomas J.
i Davis were called to Lincoln
j Thursday, June 17, where their
daughter, Imogene, had taken
seriously ill and was in the hosp
ital. As far as the doctors know
now, she has a glandular fever.
Mr. Davis returned home Mon
day while Mrs. Davis remained
in Lincoln. Imogene will be in
hospital the rest of the week. Her
condition is improved. She has
been attending a summer school
I session at the University of Ne
