The musical comedy, “Good
News,” a story full of luster and
life that made the ’20’s roar was
put on for a full house by the
Creighton university players at
the Creighton auditorium in
Omaha last Thursday evening.
Star of the cast, Robert Hjmes,
son of Mr. and Mrs. John Hynes,
of O’Neill, did an exceptional
job portraying the football hero
«vho was facing scholastic diffi
culties on the eve of the big
game. His role required him to
sing, act and in general look like
the handsome athletic idol and
the audience got a thoroughly
entertaining look at what college
v/as like in the 1920’s.

Spencer Doctor
SPENCER—Dr. E. B. Bradley
of Spencer was among 10 Ne
braska doctors receiving 50-year
pins Wednesday night, May 12,
at the annual banquet of the Ne
braska State Medical association
held in Lincoln.
Doctor Bradley was the only
physician receiving recognition
from this area. The convention
continued through Thursday.

Wanser, a native of Page, is
