Monday, March 8: The com 'missions of the official board v ill meet to prepare reports for the fourth quarterly conference, at 7 p.m.: the official board will convene at 8 p.m., in a “pre conference” session. Wednesday, March 10: The all - church conference meets. This conference takes care of all the business that usually is transacted at the fourth quarter ly conference, indeed, it is the Successor to that conference. The evening will begin with a faul ty dinner, covered dish, coffee will be furnished. The time is fi 30 p.m. The conference, under the guidance of Rev. J. LaVeine Jay, will follow. Boyle sisters are brides in double-wedding.—O'Neill Photo Co. . j. <*--— Boyle Sisters Are Brides in Double-W edding A double-ring, double-wed* ding ceremony at 9 a.m., Tues day, March 2, in St. Patrick’s Catholic church, O’Neill, united in marriage the Misses Bridget Maureen Boyle and Elaine Irene Boyle, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Boyle of O’Neill, to Joseph J. Ramold and George J. Ramold, sons of Mrs. Joseph Ramold of Atkinson. Very Rev. Timothy O’Sullivan officiated. The maids-of-honor were the Misses Mary Ellen Boyle and Rosalia Boyle, and the brides maids the Misses Charline Boyle and Rita Boyle, all sisters of the brides. Nicholas Ramold and Hubert Ramold were the bestmen. Ush ers were Jack Ramold and Lio nel Babl. The brides’ gowns of white nylon tulle over bridal satin with fitted lace bodices and long tapering sleeves were identical. Side peplums edged in lace ac cented the gathered nylon over skirts. They wore fingertip illu sion veils trimmed with import ed lace held in place by corona tion crowns of seed pearls and rhinestones. Their bouquets were red roses tied with white satin streamers. Each bride wore a strand of pearls, gifts from the bridegrooms. Miss Mary Ellen, maid-of-hon or for Miss Bridget, wore a gown of sparkling blue satin and imported French lace. Miss Ros alia, who was maid-of-honor for Miss Elaine, wore a similarly styled gown in rose satin. Each wore lace gauntlets and floral head bandeauxs to match their dresses. Miss Charline, Miss Bridget’s bridesmaid, wore a dress of lav ender net and lace over satin, i Miss Rita wore a dress of aqua net and lace over satin. Each gown had a fitted bodice of lace and a full gathered net skirt. The bridesmaids wore white gloves and floral head band eauxs in the same color as their dress. All of the attendants carried bouquets of iris and wore pearl necklaces and earrings, which v/ere gifts from the brides. Accompanied by Sister M. Flores, the Misses Helen, Theresa and Frances Boyle, sisters of the brides, Larry Joe, Marie and Margaret Boyle, cousins of the brides, sang “On This Day,” “Immaculate Mary and Jesus” and “My Lord, My God, My All.” Wedding music was also furnish ed by Sister M. Flores. Breakfast for the bridal party at the M&M cafe followed the ceremony. A dinner at 1 p.m., prepared by the 4-H club moth ers was held at the home of the brides’ parents for the wedding party and 100 guests. This was followed by a reception from 2 until 5 o’clock at the Knights of Columbus hall. A wedding dance was held at the American Legion auditorium in the evening. Misses Mary Agnes Boyle, Catherine Stevens and Hellice Stevens were in charge of the gifts. The Misses Bette Mahoney, Karen Mahoeny, Charlene Ma honey, Mary Frances Vitt, Helen Vitt, Doretha Vitt, Patty Tom linson, Emma Tomlinson, Rose Mary Babl and Cecelia Babl served at the dinner and recep tion. Miss . Karen Donohoe and Mrs! Wendeil Babl had charge cf the guest book. After a Western wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ramold will make their home on a farm near O’Neill. Pvt. and Mrs. George Ramold will leave O’ Neill March 11 to make their temporary home in Illinois where Private Ramold will be stationed at Ft. Sheridan. Both brides graduated from St. Mary’s academy and were employed at the New Outlaw be fore their marriages.
