245, of the records of the Clerk
of the District Court of Holt
County, Nebraska, the object
and prayer of which action,
causes of action, and peti
tion, is for the foreclosure of tax
liens upon each of the partic
ilar parcels of real estate set
forth and described herein above
in the separate causes of action
as numbered and described
above, and for the sale of the
premises for the satisfaction of
such liens as are found to be due.
That the several parcels of real
estate set forth and described
herein above, and in the petition
were subjected to taxation for
State, County, City, Village,
School District, and Municipal
and public purposes for the sev
eral years as enumerated in the
petition and the exhibits there

cil of the Presbyterian church at

cl the church at an oyster supper

The men did all the preparing,
strving and dishwashing.
Allen White and Alex Forsythe

gation meeting to be held in the K.C. hall at Atkinson
at 7:30 P.M., Tuesday, February 23. There will be a movie en
titled, "The Miracle of Soil." E. M. Brouse from the College
of Agriculture, who has charge of the Grassland Research pro
jects, will have some interesting slides and interesting figures
on this year's tests of fertilizer on meadow and pasture land.
Discussions will be carried on by Neil Dawes. Holt County
Agent; W. R. Burgess, representing the Simplot Fertilizer
Company; Joe E. Tuning, representing the Spencer Chemical
Company; and Hal B. Clark, irrigation engineer representing
the A. E. Robison Company, distributors of the Wade Rain
line of sprinkler systems. If you have any particular problem-.,
you will be able to discuss them with the speakers.
