City Council January 5th, 1954 The Mayor and Council, City of O’Neill, Nebraska, met in reg ular monthly session in the Council Chambers, at 7:30 P.M. The following were present: May or Davis, and Councilmen Uhl, Crabb, Golden and Merriman. Absent: Stutz and Johnson. The meeting was called to or der, and the following proceed ings were had and done: Councilman Golden introduced the following resolution, and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION. Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of O’Neill, Nebraska, that the contract dated July 31st, 1953, City of Q’Neill and Kirk patrick Pettis Company of Oma ha, Nebraska, be revised and amended to read as follows: (1) The purchase of not to ex ceed $300,000.00 legally issued temporary progress warrants as m-jy be issued from time to time, bearing interest at 3% from date of issuance until January 1st, 1954, and at the rate of 31^^ thereafter until redeemed on or before January 1st, 1955 and at the rate of 4%% thereafter until paid.
