Lots of Merriment
on Fair’s Midway
The midway on the Holt coun
ty fair grounds at Chambers will
be jam-packed with entertain
ment attractions—as customary.
There will be a ferris wheel,
kiddie rides of all kinds, refresh
ment stands, popcorn stands, and
novelty stands.
The Holt fair board prides it
self in keeping the “midway
clean”—and that’s exactly what
parents can expect when they
bring along their children.
“A clean, wholesome midway
is a vital part of the fair,” says
Vern Sageser of Amelia, presi
dent of the Holt County Agricul
tural Society, the organization
that sponsors the event.
Here's Direction
to Grounds—
The Holt county fair grounds
are located about a mile north
west of the heart of the Chambers
business section. The grounds
are situated immediately west of
the Chambers cemetery.
All roads lead to Chambers
during fair week!
