White Horses Hurt as Truck Hits Cow INMAN—A load of horses from the White Horse ranch met with an accident on U.S. highways 20 275, about a mile northwest of Inman, Wednesday evening, Aug ust 5. Mrs. Cal Thompson, wife of the ranch owner who was driv ing the truck, said she struck a cow. Ine horses were cared for at the Glen Burge farm following the accident while Mrs. Thomp son secured another truck to con tinue the trip to Magnolia, la., where they were appearing at a celebration last Thursday. He will attend Creighton university where he is a senior in law school.
