There is some indication that a shortage of hay hands might develop in some localities. This prediction was made this week by Walter A. Steffen. Norfolk area office manager. Farm and ranch employers are urged to make their labor needs known in advance to the nearest volunteer farm labor representa tive in each county. In this way, the representatives can help transfer workers immediately from points of labor supply to points of labor demand. The volunteer representative at O’Neill is Harry E.
