Sick & Injured O’NEILL — Charles Harding returned late Sunday from a three weeks’ stay in the Veter ans hospital, Grand Island. Mr. Harding spent most of that time in bed. He is suffering from a cir culatory leg ailment. . . Pamela Nelson, 4-month-old baby of Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Nelson is ill with chickenpox. . . Mrs. Frank Nel son reoently suffered a fractured arm in a fall at the home of a relative in Ft. Calhoun. She has been visiting there for a number of weeks while her husband. State Senator Nelson, is busy at Lincoln. . . Harold Weier, as sistant O’Neill postmaster, has been confined to his home for several days because of a back ailment. He was on duty at the postoffice a short time Tuesday. . . . Mrs. John Dalton suffered in juries when she fell down the basement steps in her home Sun day evening. . . Fred Wtlls has been unable to work for the past several days due to a fall Wed nesday, April 1, from an Anoka Butte transport truck. . . Alan Van Vleck returned home Fri day after spending a week in a Grand Island hospital. . . Linda Lou Gildersleeve, 5 - year - old daughter of Dr. and Mrs. H. D. Gildersleeve, returned to school Wednesday after recovering from the chickenpox. CELIA—D. F. Scott, who had been in the Bassett hospital the past month, returned home on Tuesday, March 31. . . Markita Hendricks has been ill with mumps. . . Jerry Hendricks has been on the sick list the past week. . . Gerald Heiser spent last Thursday with his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Beck, while his parents went to Sioux City for checkups with doctors there. . . Mrs. John Ross and son, Edward, have been having flu the past week. INMAN—Mrs. Pearl Cary suf fered a broken wrist during the Easter weekend at Hastings, la. Mrs. Cary, who is still on crutch es as a result of a broken hip suffered three months ago, had gone to visit a cemetery. While walking the crutch either hit a hole or sank into some soft ground, causing her to fall and break her right wrist. She is staying with her daughter, Mrs. Vernon Crouse, at Hastings, la. EWING—Mrs. Marcus Snyder who has been a patient for sev eral weeks at Rochester, Minn., was able to come home last Thursday. Her condition is im proved and she can be up part time. There will be one consignment of two reg istered Angus bulls. Balance will be butcher stock. • At today's sale we're expecting about 150 feeder pigs.
