o Rosencrans Family Moves to Neligh Kersch Takes Over Service Station . LYNCH—The Allen and Kay service station has been leased to Robert Kersch, jr., effective December 1. Don Allen is star route mail carrier to Holt coun ty and Frederick King is the assistant postmaster. Ernest Rosencrans, the former star route mail carrier to Holt has moved his family to Neligh to make their future home. Other Lynch News Mr. and Mrs. Vince Jehorek, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Jehorek anri son, Junior, of Lynch and Miss Maxine Jehorek of Omaha were Thanksgiving day dinner guests at the Joe Nemec home in Spen cer. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Mulhair and family visited at the Jonas John son home in Spencer last Thurs day and Friday. Maxine Jehorek of Omaha apent Thanksgiving vacation at the parental Martin Jehorek home. She returned to her school work Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Jimmy Bone and son, Jimmy, of Texas and Albert Lee Brady of Monowi spent several days at the Lee Brady, sr., home last week. Mrs. Marjorie Lundquist of Bristow visited her father at the Lynch hospital last Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. George Kalkow ski and Deloros called at Guy Mulhair’s Sunday afternoon, No vember 30. Albert Lee Kruse of Omaha visited Lynch friends Saturday* and Sunday, November 29-30. Buddy Stewart of the navy is home for a 15-day furlough. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Streit and family were Sunday, No vember 30, dinner guests at the Charles Courtney home. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Mueller and family of Pickstown, S.D., spent Sunday, November 30, at the Thomas Courtney, jr., home. Miss Tillie Novak and Louis and Mr. and Mrs. William Mah lendorf spent Sunday evening November 23, at the Josephine Boska home. Miss Agatha Kohler and Mrs Celia Mason of Denver, .Colo., spent Friday and Saturday here at the bedside of their mother, who is seriously ill in the Lynch hospital. They were houseguests at the Vince Jehorek home while here. Mrs. Harry Mulhair returned home after a two weeks’ stay in Omaha. Mrs. Fred Coleman of Spencer spent last week with her daugh ter, Mrs. Leroy Angel, and fam ily east of Lynch, assisting the Angels in moving to the farm recently vacated by Frank Frisch. Mr. and Mrs. George Kalkow ski and Deloros and ‘Grandpa” Kalkowski were Thanksgiving day dinner guests at the Anton Kalkowski home. Mr. and Mrs. William Stouffer were Thanksgiving day dinner guests at the Albert Spencer home. Mr. and Mrs. William Mahlen dorf spent Sunday, November 23, at the Louis Novak home. Mr. and Mrs. Allan Koscan and family of Butte and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Sixta were Sun day, November 23, dinner guests at the Wallace Courtney home. Mr. and Mrs. Anton Kalsow ski left Sunday, November 30, for Ashton to attend the funeral of Mrs. Kalkowski’s brother, who died in California. The funeral was held Wednesday, Decem ber 3. Claude Cole Going to Pearl Harbor— Mr. and Mrs. Edward Tharnish accompanied Claude Cole to Omaha last Thursday, where he took the bus to San Francisco, Calif. From there he will go to Pearl Harbor.
