Expect 500 to 600 Cattle
• The sale managers are anticipating from 500 to 600 head of
cattle today, including several nice batches of yearling heifers
and steers with a few calves beginning to show. The market
has been a little stronger the past few' weeks. There are plenty
of buyers out, so it's a matter of getting the stock into the ,
market.
• There will be around twenty head of dairy cattle, from the
Charles Grimes herd, also on today's sale.
• The O'Neill market still is selling hogs that are large enough
to go to immediate slaughter. The embargo is still in effect
on feeder pigs. ^f]
