Mrs. Josefa Sedivy, Homesteader, Feted _ LYNCH—Mrs. Josefa Sedivy, j of Spencer, celebrated her 75th birthday anniversary on Sunday. Her daughter, Mrs. Rose Wilson, was hostess at a birthday din ner. Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Sedivy and sons, of O’Neill; Mr. and Mrs. Gay Hull, of Redbird; Vac Sedivy and Mr. and Mrs. Vere Wilson and family, of Norfolk, were guests. Mrs. Sedivy, who has lived in and near Spencer the past 25 years, was a pioneer homestead er, having homesteaded with her husband lMi miles east of Lynch. Mr. and Mrs. John Ogren and daughter, of Fremont, spent last weekend visiting the former’s mother, Mrs. Hildor Ogren, at the Lynch hospital. Arden Spencer was a business •visitor in Norfolk on Tuesday, March 11. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Spencer spent Wednesday, March 12, at George Davy’s. Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Redling er and family, of Page, called at the Patsy Mulhair home Tues day, March 11. Pfc. Calvin Spencer arrived home from Texarkana, Tex., for a furlough at the parental Al bert Spencer home. Mr. and Mrs. William Stauffer spent Saturday evening at the Albert Spencer home. Mr. and Mrs. William Teadtke and family sepnt Saturday with relatives in Spencer. Sunday afternoon, March 7, Mrs. Jack Tair was honored at a postnuptial shower at the Am erican Legion hall. In late after noon Mrs. Tarr opened her gifts which were passed for all to see.
