Royal Farmer Dies in Truck ROYAL — Earl Makemson, a bout 3 o’clock Friday afternoon, south of Royal, died suddenly a bout 3 o"clock Friday afternoon. He had just backed his pickup auto from a garage and was wait ing for Mrs. Makemson to join him for a trip to town when he was stricken with a heart attack and died. His wife had to walk about three-fourths of a mile for help. By coincidence, Mrs. Makem son’s first husband, Mr. Nelson, died in an automobile about 20 years ago. He was being taken home from a hospital. The late Earl Makemson mov ed to Antelope county about 20 years ago from Kansas. He was farming the old Rundquist place. Survivors include: Widow; a stepson, Harry Nelson, who is in the navy; and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Thelma Goebel, of Neligh; one brother, residing in Kansas, and a sister, living in Washing ton state.
