o Lynch Soldier Honored at Reunion LYNCH—On Sunday, Decem ber 2, a family reunion was held at the Frank Weeder home in honor of Pfc. Donald Kayl, who left Tuesday, Dec; 4, for New Jersey. From there he will em bark for Tripoli, North Africa. Those present were: Mr. and Mr.s Frank Kayl and Arnold, Carl Kayl, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Kayl and Jerry and Leota Hull, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kayl and children, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Blitz kie and Leroy, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Classen and children and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Bowman and Doug las. Other Lynch News Mr. and Mrs. Martin Warnke, of Butte, viisted at the Melvin Lueken home on Tuesday, De cember 4. A birthday anniversary party was held in honor of Mary Dahl * berg at district 33 Friday after noon. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Havranek, of Spencer, spent Sunday at the Joe Halva home. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Papstein and baby, of Spencer, visited Mrs. Nata Bjorsen Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Spencer called at the Veldon Lee home Thursday. Jerry Sixta returned home on Wednesday, December 5. Mrs. Sixta remained at the Leo Schi nost home in Fremont to Recuper ate before returning home. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Peters and sons, of Verdel, spent Monday, December 3, with Mrs. Nata Biomsen. The Lutheran cnrisuan society met at the Harold Micanek home Friday evening, December 7, for ” a social evening. Mrs. Micanek served a lunch at a late hour. Mrs Nata Bjornsen attended the 47th wedding anniversary par ty of her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. C. Sinclair, on Tuesday, December 4. _ Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Christensen spent Tuesday evening, Decem ber 4, at the Clarence Kolund h°Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Hiatt vis ited at the Lyde Hiatt home in Butte Sunday. Mr and Mrs. Buss Greene spent Wednesday, December 5, at the Alvin Knapp home. Mrs. Lula Van Meter left for California on Sunday, December 2, to spent the winter with her 2 sons and families. Mrs. John Kopecky, of Sioux ■» City, has been assisting in the Joe Kopecky home in Spencer while Mrs. Kopecky has been ill.
