CELIA—A surprise farewell
party was held for the Bernard
Blackmore family Sunday eve
ning, August 20. The Black
mores are leaving the Joe Hend
ricks farm to live on the Ted
Baumeister ranch.

A business meeting was con
ducted with President Jerry
Waring in charge. All officers
were held over for another year.

18, when members gave a pre
view of the program which was
! presented at Le Mars, la., on j

The club was formed several
years ago for the pleasure of
its members and when they
worked up some drills and
square dance numbers on horse

popular with neighboring towns
as well as locally.
There were 29 riders incuded ,
in the show.

maha at the Ak-Sar-Ben show
October 7-8.
