the Board of Equalization pro
testing the valuation placed on
the Rockey Impl. Co., Ewing,
Nebr.
Motion was made by Cronk,
seconded by Hubbard that the

returned home on Wednesday,
June 8, from Scottsblulf where
they had been attending the
Nebraska Methodist annual
conference as lay delegates
from the Inman church. Dur
ing the conference, Mr. Tomp
eral assembly on the Inman
kins gave a report to the gen
hay making project.
On Monday afternoon, Mr.
Tompkins was elected secreta
ry of the annual conference
board of trustees and Monday
evening, as president of the
Nebraska Rural Fellowship for
the past year, he presided at
its annual 250-plate banquet.
Dr. Elliot Fisher, of the gen- I
erl board of missions, was the
main speaker.
