day of March. 1949, N. L. Neil
son and Edith D. Neilson as
plaintiffs filed their petition in
the District Court of Holt Coun
ty, Nebraska, against you as de
fendants, the object and prayer
of which is to quiet and confirm
the title in them, the said N. L.
