He will remain at the hospital for fur ther treatment. Mrs. Jas. Early returned Wednesday, Decem ber 1, from Rochester, Minn., where she had been a patient at the clinic. , . . W. K. Buck, of Orchard, underwent an eye operation Monday, November 29, at the University hospital in Omaha. His condition is reported as “fine” and he is expected home soon. Mr. Buck is the father of W, S. Buck, of O’Neill. LYNCH — Mrs. John Wike has returned from an Omaha hospital, where she was a pa tient and underwent a tonsil operation. . . Miss Bessie Kar el has been dismissed from the hospital, where she was a pa tient for a few days. . . Sister Delores, who has been a pa tient at the Sacred Heart hos pital for more than 20 years as the result of a car accident, is “seriously ill.” . . Henry Vlcan. of Monowi, has been a hospital patient since Tuesday, Novem ber 30, having received serious' injury to his left hand in a corn sheller accident. Part of tho hand and two fingers were amputated. INMAN— Randy, the small son of Mr. and Mrs. George L. Colman, jr., was burned on the back Wednesday, Decem ber 1, when he sat in a bucket of hot water his mother was using to scald chickens. He was taken to the O’Neill hos pital for treatment. His burns were not considered serious, but they were painful. He was able to return home Thursday evening.
