Mrs. Bert DeGroff returned Sunday from Atkinson where she had been taking care of her grandchildren while her son Gerald, and wife wen to Den ver, Colo. Mrs. Arhur Dexter and sons spent Saturday at the Ed Dexter home in Amelia. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Dowd and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dowd, of Sioux City, la., spent the week end at the Clyde Elkins home. Dr. W. Munroe. of West Point, to her ranch south and west of Swan Lake on Saturday where she will spend some time looking after interests. Mr. and Mrs. James Coventry and family spent Sunday in Chambers where they were din ner guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Turner. Mrs. Coventry and Mrs. Turner are sisters. TIGERS EYE FINALE INMAN — The Inman Tigers are eyeing the final conference baseball game which was to have been played this week at Orchard. A game last week was called-off due to rain. Joan Godel is 11— Mrs. Lloyd Godel entertained I eight children Saturday after noon in honor of her daughter, Joan, whose 11th birthday an niversary occurred that day. After a theater party, refresh ments were served at the Godel home. George Fuller Honored— George Fuller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Fuller, was six-years old on September 28, and five guests were present to help him celebrate his birthday that day.
