George E. Bowen, filed his peti
tion in the District Court of Holt
County, Nebraska, against you
and others, as defendants, the I
object and prayer of which is to
foreclose a certain tax sale cer
tificate No. 5421, issued by the
County Treasurer of Holt Coun
ty, Nebraska, to the plaintiff on
the 9th day of May, 1944, for the
taxes for the years 1941 and
1942, and covering the following
