B. Maring died December 31,
1908, intestate, a resident of Holt
County, Nebraska, seized and
possessed of the North Half of
the Southeast Quarter and the
Southeast Quarter of the South
east Quarter of Section 12, and
the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 13, '
all in Township 28, North, Range
13, West of the 6th P.M., and an
Undivided one-fifth interest in
and to the South Half of the
Southwest Quarter, the North
west Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter, and the Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quar
ter of Section 12, and the North
Half of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 13, all in Township 28,
North, Range 13, West of the 6th
P.M., all in Holt County, Nebras-1
ka.
That petitioner is the present;
owner of an interest in said real
property, having derived title
thereto by inheritance from the
deceased.
The prayer of said petition is
