day of August, 1946, Clifford
Wells as plaintiff riled a petition
and commenced an action in the
District Court or Holt County,
Nebraska, against you, the object
and prayer of which is to have
determined who are the owners
of the North Half of the North
Half of Section 7, Township 32,
Range 9, and the West Half of the
Northeast Quarter and the East
Half of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 12, Township 32, Range
10, West of the 6th P. M., in Holt
County, Nebraska, and to deter
mine the interest of each of said
owners therein, and to have said
real property partitioned, or,
if the same cannot be partitioned
without depreciating the value
of the several shares, then to
have said real property sold in
the manner provided by law, and
the proceeds distributed, after
payment of costs and expenses,
according to the interest of the
parties in said real property, and
to have such other and further
relief as equity and good con
science may require.
You are required to answer

28th day of October, 1946.
