the Road described as follows be
established as a public road:
Commencing at the southwest
corner of Section 8, Township 32,
Range 10, then west 80 rods, then
north one-half mile, there con
necting with the road running
west.
They also petition that the
Road be vacated for one-half mile
between the SWti of Section 8
and the SE14 of Section 7, Town
ship 32, Range 10.

That petitioner has an undivid

to by inheritance and by direct

death of Nora Murphy, a deter
mination of her heirs, degree of
kinship, right of descent of the
real property of said deceased
person, and that there is no in
