southeast comer thereof which
petitioner conveyed by Warranty
Deed to Lena Jeffers and Mand
erson Jeffers on August 3rd, 1939;
that said petitioner acquired title
to the above described real estate
by direct conveyance from the
above named heirs at law of Hans
P. Hanson, deceased; that the
prayer of said petition is that the
Court may find and determine the
time of the death of Hans P. Han
son; that he died intestate a resi
dent and inhabitant of Holt

determine who are his heirs, and
fix their degree of kinship; may
