BE iT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF O’NEILL, NEBRASKA.
1. That the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of O’Neill,
| Nebraska, be, and they hereby
are, authorized and empowered
to make, execute and deliver to
j the purchaser, on behalf of the
City of O’Neill, Nebraska, a
proper and sufficient deed of
conveyance of the following de
scribed real estate, to-wit: The
l East 140 feet of Lots 2, and 3, in
Block 16, Original Town of
O’Neill, Holt County, Nebraska.
2. Such described real estate
shall not be sold and conveyed
for a sum less than Eight Hund
red Dollars, payable in cash upon
delivery of the deed.

Pfc. Donald Lowery came home
last Monday from Ft. Leaven
worth with his discharge papers
in his pocket. Donald had been in
the army for about three years
and he seen his baptism of fire in
Africa, Sicily anl Italy then later
in Germany. Don look* ftnej but is
glad to again be numbered among
the civilians, but says he fipds its
darn hard to buy civilian clothes,
most merchants having depleted
stocks.
