IN THE COUNTY COURT OF
HOLT COUNTY. NEBRASKA
In the Matter of the Probate of
the Last Will and Testament of
ANNA HILLS, Deceased.
TO: All persons interested in
the Estate or in the Last Will
and Testament of Anna Hills,
Deceased, both creditors and
heirs, devisees and legatees:
You; and each of you are here
by notified that on the 5th day
of September, A. D., 1945, Mrs.
Jessie Carlile and Mrs. Ferna
Ezzell filed their petition in the
County Court of Holt County,
Nebraska, alleging that Anna
Hills, a resident, citizen and in
habitant of Douglas, in Cochise
County, Arizona, died testate on
the 5th day of November, 1935, i
seized and possessed of an un- .
divided one-eighth right, title
and interest in and to the North
east Quarter and the East Half
of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 29, in Township 28, North,
Range 10, West of the 6th P. M„
in Holt County, Nebraska; that
she left a last will and testa
ment which was originally and
legally admitted to probate in
the Superior Court of Cochise
County, Arizona, on the 7th day
of December, 1935; that petit
ioners are the Executors appoint
ed, nominated and designated in
th(J Last Will and Testament of
the deceased, Anna Hills, and
are de**ees under the terms of
said Will, and as such Execu
tors and devisees are interested
in said Will and its probate, and
are entitled to toing and maintain
this action and to have said Will
admitted to probate in Nebras
ka; that said Will has not here
tofore been presented for probate
in the State of Nebraska, and
that more than two years have
elapsed since the date of the
death of Anoki Hiifg- ylat an
debts against the Estate of Anna
Hills have been fully paid and
satisfied; that attached to the
petition ■ an authenticated copy
of said Will and the probate

Arizona; that the prayer of said

copy of said Will be admit
ted to probate and allowed in Ne
braska as the Last Will and
Testament of Anna Hills, De
ceased; that regular administra
tion of said Estate be dispensed
with, and for a decree that the
said real estate descended free *
and, clear of all debts and claims
of every kind of the said Anna
Hills, in accord with the terms
of said Last Will and Testament
of Anna Hills, Deceased; that
said estate is not subject to an
inheritance tax, state or federal
