President Roosevelt signed the $42 billion Army Supply Bill for fiscal year 1943. The War Depart ment said men now in Class 1-B because of minor physical defects will be inducted into limited mil itary service under a regular quota system in order to release fully qualified soldiers for duty with task forces. Only those 1-B’s “Who are able to bring to the Army a useful vocation which was followed in civil life” will be called. Mr. and Mrs. J. R.
