County Road.

Sullivan that the Road commenc
ing at the Northeast corner of
the City of Atkinson, being the
intersection of Section 28, 29, 32
and 33, township 30, range 14.
thence east nine miles to the in
tersection of Sections 25. 26. 35,
and 36. township 30, range 15,
be declared a County Road, and
that date for hearing on this ac
tion be set for April 28, 1942.
