Notice is hereby given that by
virtue of and pursuant to an
order of the District Court of
Webster County, Nebraska, made
and entered on the 14th day of
April, 1942, in an action pending
therein, wherein Elmer O. Craig,
et al., are plaintiffs, and May
Craig, et. al., are defendants, the
undersigned. Referee in said
action, will on Tuesday, May 19,
1942, at the hour of 2 o’clock
in the afternoon of said day, at

been visiting her children and
other relatives since last Septem

Utica spent Sunday at the home
of their son-in-law and daughter,

M. E. Kielion, who has been
chief clerk in the W. P. A. office
here for the past five months,
was transferred to the Albion of
fice and left Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Ruzicka
went to Redfield, S. D., Sunday,
where they visited at the home
of Mrs. Ruzicka’s parents, Mr. and
Mrs. John Sell. Monday morning
they went to Aberdeen, S. D.,
where they attended the com
mencement exercises of the
Nurse’s Training Course of St.
Luke’s hospital. Mrs. Ruzicka’s
neice, Miss Dorothy Heller, was
a member of the graduating class.
Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Ruzicka re
turned home Monday evening.
Mrs. R. E. Moore returned Mon
day evening from Omaha and Lin
coln. where she had visited rela-1
tives and friends for several days
and attended the National Music
contest in Omaha.
Steve Price, who has been here
