16th day of September, 1941, that
the Lincoln Joint Stock Land
Bank of Lincoln, Nebraska, owner
in fee simple of the land described
herein, filed its petition in the
above matter, setting forth among
other things that Jane Eyer, resi
dent of Iowa County, Wisconsin,
died intestate therein on Octo
ber 10, 1886, seized and possessed
of the following described real
estate to-wit:

That the sole and only heirs

deceased, the degree of kinship
of said heirs, the right of descent
of the real property belonging
to said Jane Eyer and for such
further relief as may be equit
