In the matter of the Estate of
Jane Eyer, Deceased.
State of Nebraska: To all per
sons interested in said estate, both
creditors and heirs:
You are hereby notified on the
16th day of September, 1941, that
the Lincoln Joint Stock Land
Bank of Lincoln, Nebraska, owner
in fee simple of the land described
herein, filed its petition in the
above matter, setting forth among
other things that Jane Eyer, resi
dent of Iowa County, Wisconsin,
died intestate therein on Octo
ber 10, 1886, seized and possessed
of the following described real
estate to-wit:
The South half of the North
east Quarter and the North
west Quarter of the North
east Quarter of Section
Twenty-six, Township Thirty
one, Range Ten, West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian,

That the sole and only heirs
