Gibson to act on the Bond com mittee in place of Mr. W ulf, who was disqualified to approve the Bond in this case. On motion, the the Bond of Ira H. Moss as acting County Judge in the election contest case, was approved. This being the date and time set for the public hearing on the Bud get, and there being no protests or remonstrances of any kind made at this hearing, it was moved by Car. son, seconded by Gibson that the Budget for the year 1941 be ap proved.
