Holt County Cattle In
Stock Show At Denver
R. E. Lucas, of Middlebranch,
one of Holt county's leading Here
ford breeders, left Monday for the
annual pure-bred Hereford live
stock show at Denver, Colo. Mr.
Lucas took to Denver four summer
yearling bulls of Pioneer ami Pala
din breeding and one son of Mili
tant Domino. They are nil fine
looking animals, but the latter is
beauty and Mr. Lucas recently re
fused a fabulous amount of money
for him, but he says he is not for
sale, as he is going to use him as
his own herd bull. Holt county
citizens hope that Mr. Lucas and his
i exhibit will carry off many honors
at the stock show.
