    DELINQUENT TAX LIST
Notice is hereby given that on
November 4th, that being the first
Monday in November, there will
be a public auction of all tracts of
lands and town lots in Holt County,
Nebraska, on which taxes are de
linquent for 1939. That at said
sale so much of said tracts of
lands or town lots will be sold as
may be necessary to pay the full
amount of delinquent taxes, accru
ing costs Hnd interest thereon to
date of sale. That said sale will be
continued from day to day until all
of said tracts of land and town lots
shall have been offered. Following
is a complete list of all tracts of
land and town lots, in Holt County,
Nebraska, on which there are de
linquent taxes for one year or
more. The amount of delinquent
taxes for 1939, follows each de
scription.
