Doud and Lennie Doud, husband and wife, have made known their desire to dispose of their homestead prop erty, known as SWfiSEVi Section six, township twenty-five, Range nine, Holt County, Nebraska, said property being encumbered by an Old Age Assistance lien filed un der Section 68-286 of 1939 Supple ment of the 1929 Statute of the State of Nebraska, and WHEREAS, the Department of Assistance for the State of Ne braska, over the signature of Vel da Benda, Consultant on Liens and Recoveries, has recommended that the Holt County lien against the above described real estate, such as will permit the Department of State Assistance to file a new Old Age Assistance lien against cer tain real estate owned by A. A. Doud and Lennie Doud in Antel ope County, said lien to be in lieu of the lien now in effect, and, WHEREAS, the Holt County Board of Supervisors feels that this release of lien will be a bene fit to A. A. Doud and Lennie Doud, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV ED, that this County Board of Supervisors for Holt County, in their regular meeting assembled on the 27th day of March, 1940, do recommend that the Old Age Assistance lien against the SW14 SEVi 6-25-9 be released. RESCOLUTION Be it resolved that in the future no claims of any kind or in any amount will be allowed against the Bridge Fund unless the same show the location and nature of the work and unless the work for which claims are filed was first author ized by formal vote or resolution of this Board in regular meeting as | sembled, provided, that in cases of actual, extreme, emergency, re pair bridge work, not to exceed $20.00 on any one bridge, may be done without authorization of the Board or Bridge Committee, and work exceeding the above amount must be authorized by a majority of the members of the Bridge Com mittee after inspection and in vestigation and claims therefore itemized as to location and nature of work shall be approved by them as coming within the terms hereof.
