The Fairview Community Club met Friday night with a very large crowd in attendance. Mrs. Bob Fox, Mrs. Walter Pease and Mr. D. Schaffer were on the entertain ment committee and they provided an excellent program. The meet ings for this season have been dropped but they will be continued again in October. After the meet ing adjourned the crowd enjoyed a | weiner roast. Butler and daughter Anne, of Neligh, were here Sunday visiting relatives. The Y. M. Club met with Mrs. Arthur Clark on Tuesday of this week for an all day meeting. The Coffee Club met with Mrs. VV. C. Kelly on Tuesday of this week. A covered dish dinner was served at noon. Baccalaureate services were held in the High School Auditorium Sunday evening, with Rev. E. B. Maxcy of the M. E. church bring ing the message. Processional and recessional was played by Ar dith Smith. Vocal music was fur nished by a high school sextet and girls glee club. Instrumental mu sic was played by a trio consisting of R. Wilde Stickney, Dorothy So botka and Ruth Watson. Members of the graduating class are Rhoda Krutz, Helen Wegman, Hazel Fra ka, Doris Gannon, Arlin Castor, Robert Mossman, Robert Hutton and Micky Gallagher.
