signing his name H. W. COOK,
in favor of J. I. CASE COMPANY,
a corporation, under date of June
26, 1939, and recorded on the 26th

of William Corbit, the creditors
and the heirs, take notice that
Charles Homolka and Joe Homolka,
joint owners of:

Corbit died intestate in Cass
County, Iowa, on or about Febru
ary 14, 1892, he then being a res
ident and inhabitant of said Cass
County, Iowa, and the owner of
the real estate in Holt County, Ne
braska, described above, leaving as
his sole and only heirs at law, his
widow, Elizabeth Corbit, his three
sons, E. P. Corbit, P. M. Corbit
and William H. Corbit, and his
two daughters, Anna Corbit Per
kins and Elizabeth Corbit Boggs;
that no application for adminis
tration has been made in the State
of Nebraska and the estate of
said decedent has not been admin
istered in the State of Nebraska;

the right of descent in the real
