AH tanks, containers and structures used for the storage of gasoline, kerosene or other volatile liquids or oils in quantities more than fifty (50) gallons shall be built not less than 200 feet from any house or building, except by special per mission of 60 per cent of all per sons, firms, corporations or indi viduals owning real estate within j such area.
