Fallon of Wagner, S. D., were here Sunday visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Enright. The assessors from the various precincts in the county met with County Assessor Sullivan last Wednesday to receive general in structions regarding their work which begins April 1. Mrs. Paul Montgomery came up from her home in Kansas the latter part of the week for a visit at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Grady, and with other rela tives and friends here. Sheriff Peter Duffy filed last Tuesday as a candidate for re election to the office of sheriff, subject to the action of the demo cratic voters of the county at the primary election next August. Pete has been sheriff for so many years the babies he kissed during his first campaign for the office, have now reached the voting age. Ladies!
