ORDER Now on this 12th day of January, 1937, this cause came on for hear ing upon the application of Mar garet Thomas for a renewal of her mother’s pension; and was submit ted to the Court. On consideration whereof, the Coart finds that the said Margaret Thomas is entitled to receive a mothers pension of $10.00 per month for the months of January, February, March and April, 1037, and no longer. It is therefore, considered that the said Margaret Thomas shall receive a mothers pension for said months, and that the board of sup ervisors of Holt county, Nebraska, make the necessary order, direct ing the payment thereof.
