About $86 was netted at the
Ladies Aid bazaar last Saturday
afternoon and evening. The ladies
are very grateful for the patronage
given them.

and Mrs. Maxcy had gone to Bay
ard two weeks ago for Mrs. Max
cy’» health and apparently she was
improving. Rev. Maxcy had re
turned to Inman Saturday to hol<
services at the M. E. church bu
was called back to Bayard Saturday
evening. Mrs. Maxcy passed quiet
ly away Sunday evening. Funera
services will be held on Thursda;
at Lincoln.
