Another Leaning Tower The church tower of the village of Pijnacker, near The Hague, has shown an increasing inclina tion to lean over to one side. In 1898 the tower, which is 140 feet high and was built in the Thirteenth century, was leaning over four feet and has gradually moved still farther from the per pendicular. Government experts are to investigate whether there is danger for the future and, if bo, whether anything can be done to avert it.
