Will Rogers’ Steer Sold for Charity On exhibit at the Great Western Livestock show In Los Angeles, Calif., “Old Jim.” a 2,310-lb. Texas long-horn steer which belonged to Will Rogers and wns considered one of his prize possessions, was sold to Los Angeles promoters at 30c per pound. Proceeds went to the Salva tion Army.
